REGOLAMENTO.
Il diploma si svolgerà dalle 00:00 UTC del 1 febbraio 2026 alle 23:59 del 8 febbraio 2026
sulle bande: 2, 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 metri secondo la normativa IARU nei modi SSB, CW,
FT8, con eventuale segnalazione sul cluster.
Stazioni accreditate e punteggi:
- 7 Punti - collegamento con stazione speciale II1PKI
- 5 Punti - collegamento con stazione di Club IQ1ZW
- 3 Punti - collegamento con tutti i Soci del Gruppo Radio Liguria

Tutte le stazioni (speciale, club e soci) potranno essere collegate più volte ma sempre su
diverse bande e diversi modi di emissione.
La stazione con nominativo speciale II1PKI opererà, nelle sole giornate di: domenica 1
febbraio e domenica 8 febbraio dalle ore 09:00 UTC alle ore 16:00 UTC, dalla sede del
Gruppo Radio Liguria al Forte di Santa Tecla, a 180m s.l.m. da locatore JN44LJ 79gb (
Latitudine: 44° 24’ 46.07” N Longitudine: 8° 58’ 38.04” E ).
La stazione con nominativo di club IQ1ZW opererà, dal giorno 2 febbraio al giorno 7
febbraio, dalla sede del Gruppo Radio Liguria al Forte di Santa Tecla, a 180m s.l.m. da
locatore JN44LJ 79gb ( Latitudine: 44° 24’ 46.07” N Longitudine: 8° 58’ 38.04” E ).
Le stazioni, operate dai soci del Gruppo Radio Liguria, che si identificheranno con il
proprio nominativo come stazioni appartenenti al sodalizio, potranno operare dalle ore
00:00 UTC del 1 febbraio 2026 alle 23:59 del 8 febbraio 2026.

GIURIA.
La giuria sarà formata da Soci di Gruppo Radio Liguria OdV e le sue decisioni, anche di
squalifica, saranno inappellabili.
Classifica e statistiche saranno pubblicate su www.grupporadioliguria.it
E-QSL.
Tutti riceveranno la e-qsl della stazione commemorativa II1PKI tramite e-mail.
DIPLOMA.
A tutte le stazioni che conseguiranno un punteggio (da minimo 20 contatti su frequenze
diverse, ripetibili durante la settimana), verrà inviato un diploma di partecipazione in
formato PDF su e-mail o su www.eqsl.cc .
MODALITÀ DI INVIO
Le QSL verranno inviate attraverso il sito www.diplomiradio.it
Ai primi 3 classificati verrà inviato per posta il Diploma su pergamena.

I partecipanti autorizzano implicitamente la pubblicazione del loro nominativo, punteggio,

In memory of a friend, member, and radio amateur (IZ1PKI Alessandro).
RULES
The award will take place from 00:00 UTC on February 1, 2026, to 23:59 UTC on
February 8, 2026, on the following bands: 2, 10, 15, 20, 40, and 80 meters, in
accordance with IARU regulations, using the modes SSB, CW, FT8, with possible
spotting on the cluster.
Accredited stations and scoring:
• 7 points – contact with special station II1PKI
• 5 points – contact with club station IQ1ZW
• 3 points – contact with all members of the Gruppo Radio Liguria
(https://grupporadioliguria.it/i-soci.html)
All stations (special, club, and members) may be contacted multiple times, provided that
each contact is made on different bands and different emission modes.
The special callsign station II1PKI will operate only on Sunday, February 1, and Sunday,
February 8, from 09:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC, from the headquarters of the Gruppo Radio
Liguria at Forte di Santa Tecla, at 180 m a.s.l., locator JN44LJ 79gb
(Latitude: 44° 24’ 46.07” N – Longitude: 8° 58’ 38.04” E).
The club callsign station IQ1ZW will operate from February 2 to February 7, from the
headquarters of the Gruppo Radio Liguria at Forte di Santa Tecla, at 180 m a.s.l., locator
JN44LJ 79gb (Latitude: 44° 24’ 46.07” N – Longitude: 8° 58’ 38.04” E).
Stations operated by members of the Gruppo Radio Liguria, identifying themselves with
their own callsigns as member stations of the association, may operate from 00:00 UTC
on February 1, 2026, to 23:59 UTC on February 8, 2026.

MINIMUM SCORE TO OBTAIN THE AWARD
• OM stations: 10 points
• SWL stations: 5 points
LOGS
Logs must be submitted within twenty days, in ADIF or CABRILLO format, to the
following address: ii1pki@grupporadioliguria.it It is not necessary to send the LOG
JURY
The jury will be composed of members of Gruppo Radio Liguria OdV, and its decisions,
including disqualifications, shall be final and not subject to appeal.
Rankings and statistics will be published on grupporadioliguria.it.
E-QSL
All participants will receive the e-QSL of the commemorative station II1PKI via e-mail.
AWARD
All stations achieving a valid score (minimum 20 contacts on different frequencies,
repeatable during the week) will receive a participation award in PDF format, sent by
e-mail or available via www.eqsl.cc.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
The QSLs will be sent via the www.diplomiradio.it website.
The top three classified participants will receive the parchment Diploma by post.
